On this wonderful, blazing hot Summer’s day I had PROPER fun! On the eve of my 2015 Christmas I had a date with a very dear and loved friend of mine.

Not just any kind of date though, yeah the Foodie Type! You know? The type that transforms into a cooking tutorial? YEAH MAAAAYNE!!

Ok, I must admit: it took me a relatively long time to come to terms with the fact that I didn’t know how to make PAP! Which may be a huge shocker for most since pap is  amongst the top South African Staple Food!!!

Of course I’m sharing the recipe, this wasn’t your ordinary pap. It tastes and has the aroma of a pizza infused pap! That will definitely make sense one you taste it!

Because we try mix things up here and there it won’t be your typical recipe and method post, I’ll simply allow the images to do ALL the talking/directing/teaching/leading!!!!

Thoroughly Cook the Pap

 

Add the grated cheese, YUM!

 

Add in the onion, peppers and mushroom dices and YUMMY! We are ready to EAT EAT EAT!!!
