Alright so given it was served at midnight, I made it a lighter pancake just to be kind to the tummy, we don’t want it all flabby and blah! You will definitely and ABSOLUTELY enjoy this sweet delicacy so go ahead: TRY IT OUT!
Confetti Pancake Recipe
2 Tablespoons Margarine
8 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Oats
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Cups Flour
11/2 Cups Milk
100s and 1000s for decoration
Mix the margarine, sugar, eggs, oats, peanut butter, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. No worries, you’ll need just one bowl! You may now alternate how you put in the flour (sifted) and milk. As in you may put 1 cup flour the 1/2 cup milk until all is mixed. Then you be the judge if you feel your mixture needs more of something go ahead and add it! You’ll see I added more cinnamon, well because
♥ LOVE ♥ LOL!! You can now add as much 100s and 1000s until your mixture reaches your ‘Perfect Colour!’ standards!
All that left if for your to fry your deliciousness, whether you use cooking oil, butter, margarine… It’s all up to you MAYNE! Now, enjoy! Geniet!
